Please note that the Gemini DVR has a specific USB port designated for use with the mouse. This is the lower USB port on the back of the DVR. The mouse will function in any of the other ports, however connecting another USB device to the designated mouse USB port may cause the mouse to stop responding. For best results, install the mouse using this port.
