REC WARN errors may be caused by corrupt block on the hard disk drive. These can be caused by various factors inluding:
- Power fluctuations
- Sudden power loss
- Failing hard disk drive
REC WARN errors can often be cleared by running a format on the hard disk drive, this will however erase any recorded footage.
