XD & XDH - Record Failure Messages

Please find the listing and description of the possible Record failure messages.

REC WARN errors may be caused by corrupt block on the hard disk drive. These can be caused by various factors inluding:
 - Power fluctuations
 - Sudden power loss
 - Failing hard disk drive
REC WARN errors can often be cleared by running a format on the hard disk drive, this will however erase any recorded footage.
 - Menu>System Setup>HDD Setup>Format HDD

Error Error Description
REC FAIL 0 Recording data failed to be generated correctly from the chipset.
REC FAIL 1 An error took place whilst saving the data onto the master hard disk drive.
REC WARN 2 The data being saved on the master hard disk drive has not changed in size
REC FAIL 3 An error took place whilst saving the data onto the slave hard disk drive.
REC WARN 4 The data being saved on the slave hard disk drive has not changed in size
REC WARN 5 A physical error has been detected on the hard disk drive
REC FAIL 6 Recording has stopped when it should not have
