Mobile Phone applications
There are a number of mobile phone dedicated applications that offer an improved interface, however if you do not have one of the below listed units, or have issues with the particular versions, you can also view the DVR via any javascript enabled device.

Blackberry Mobile viewer: Download
Note: Only for BlackBerry RIM version 5 and above. Most service providers do not allow standard 3G data via the Blackberry contract, the Blackberry uses another network type for data and this normally does not permit the application to work on roaming. It will however still work via WiFi connections.

Windows Mobile viewer: Download (Not compatable with Windows Phone 7)
Installation: Copy the cab file to your mobile device and run it through your file browser. Alternatively, install through the Microsoft Sync tool. It will be installed as MobileViewer in the Programs list
Apple mobile devices (iPhone,iPad,iPod Touch): Download i-Rams via the itunes App Store Or search for i-Rams from the unit.
Google Android based devices: Search for A_Rams on the Android Market from the unit.
Setting up the Applications
All the applications listed above use the same format for setting up your device
- DVR Name: This is anything you wish to descrive the DVr connection.
- IP Address: Static Internet Protocol (IP) address or a Dynamic DNS host name
- Port: The port configured on your DVR (80 by default)
- ID: The user account configured on the DVR (ADMIN by default, must be in uppercase)
- Password: The user account password configured on the DVR
Some version allow for setting whether you wish to go in to a mutliview screen or not, this allows it to show a split 4 screen view or open in a single channel view of your choice.
