The Pen records in a Motion JPEG format which is not natively supported by Windows Media Player and most other Media Players. It is however supported by the following application.

The above application contains the required video decoder (codec) to play video recorded on the Spy Pen
Please note that after installing, you may have to change your default program for playing AVI files, as the installation does not do this automatically.
Alernatively you can right click the video file and select 'Open With' and then choose the 'The KMPlayer'

Time Update application is included on the pens internal memory as supplied.
