This is the process to unlock the DVR if the lock button has been used or auto keylock has been enable through the menu.

When you use any key the DVR will challenge you for an unlock.
The 'Password Keylock' box appears

-          Select ADMIN as the username

-          Press down (to the password box)

-          Press OK (a Keyboard appears)

-          Press OK 6 times to type 111111 (as it starts already on ‘1’)

-          Go right 5 times

-          Go Down 5 times or up once

-          Press OK (once highlighted on OK)

This returns to the password entry box (closes the visual keyboard)

-          Press Down (to highlight OK)

-          Press OK key

This will unlock the DVR. note that if the password has been set on the DVR, replace the '111111' with your set password.
