Password Reset
If the password has been set and forgotten, this can be reset to factory default '111111'.
The process is as follows:-
- Unplug the power from the DVR
- Press and hold the 'Power' and 'Stop' keys similtaneously
- Reconnect the DVR (Still holding down the power and stop keys)
- Wait till you hear the 2nd beep
The password should now be reset

Factory Reset
If the password reset still does not permit you to connect, you may need to reset the DVR to factory defaults. This will erset all settings to default so you will have to reconfigure all your custom settings.
The process for restting to factory defaults:-
- Unplug the power from the DVR
- Press and hold the 'Power' and 'OK' keys similtaneously
- Reconnect the DVR (Still holding down the power and stop keys)
- Wait till you hear two short beeps after the initial power on beep
Factory defaults should now be loaded
