If you have you wish to extend the recording time on your DVR, you can reduce the Images Per Second (IPS) that the DVR records at.

Folloow the steps below:

- Right click the mouse to open 'Menu'
- Enter your password if requested. Default id '0000'
- Select Quick Start (top left Icon)
- Change the Default 'Images Per Second' from 100 to 50

This will effectively change the frames per second, per channel from 25 FPS to 12.5 FPS, which could provide 75% or more increase in recording time.
You may also choose a lower IPS setting which would then increase the recording time even further.
