Download and install this updated Kernel if your current version is not 2.6.19.2_3
You can check your current Software and Kernel version through Menu>System Info

Then Download and install the appropriate Firmware/RamDiskl below

Installation Instructions Format a USB stick with FAT32
Copy the downloaded file so that the file on the USB stick is listed as 'udr7XXkernel_x.bin' and/or ‘udr7xxSBrd_x.x.x.bin‘
Once extracted and confirmed, plug the USB stick into the Killer XDH CCTV pictures. The results can be of higher quality than VHS or SVHS. Events can be found faster and there is no loss of quality when copies are made.

From the DVR:
- Press ‘MENU’
- Go down to ‘System Setup’ Press ‘OK’
- Go Down to ‘S/W Upgrade & etc’ Press ‘OK’
- If updating the Kernel, Press 'OK' on 'KERNEL'
- If updating the Software, Press ‘OK’ on ‘RAMDISK’
- It will search the USB stick for the appropriate file and then begin the update.
- Once Completed, the DVR will restart.

Please note that after applying this update, you may require the latest Network applications.
