Hi there, I followed these instructions for my Orion 8 channel dvr. The upgrade screen appeared and the DVR rebooted itself and displayed the live feed of all the channels. The alarm continues to sound after reboot and I am unable to mute it. However the main problem is that the Mouse icon and the menu for logging in does not appear. I am stuck with a DVR that is recording and displaying the live feed, but it is continuing to sound an alarm and I am unable to login to the machine directly and my remote login does not work either. Can I rollback this firmware upgrade or what can I do to get the DVR responsive again? Best regards Noel <Article updated to answer this query>
