The firmware updates are for the Cobra and Venum range of DVRs

This firmware covers the Cobra and Venum Range of DVRs including the 8 and 16 channel units.
WARNING: This update will reset all settings back to default. Any configuration options will need to be programmed in again. Make notes of your current settings to replicate on the DVR after the firmware update.

Release Notes:
- Added Primary Display selection:
  This permits selecting the default primary display when using more than 1 monitor.
  To Access: Menu, Configuration, Primary Display. Select the Primary Display VGA, HDMI or CVBS.
- Removes use of Random network ports between 50000 and 53000.
 
Installation Instructions z
Via the network
- Connect using the web browser
- Select 'Configuration' from the menu at the top
- Select 'Remote Upgrade' at the bottom of the left hand list
- Click 'Browse' and select the 'digicap.mav' file
- Click 'Upgrade'
- Slect OK to reboot the DVR once complete

Via a USB Stick
- Save the extracted file (digicap.mav) to a USB stick
- Insert the USB stick into the front of the DVR
- Select 'Menu'
- Select 'Maintenance'
- Select 'Upgrade' (wait for it to search for media to upgrade from, it could take >1 minute)
- Select the 'digicap.mav' file from the list
- Select 'Upgrade' from the bottom of the screen
- Accept the reboot request once complete
